Role & responsibilities

As an Operations Manager at Fady Sport, I lead the full flow of ski rental and sales operations, especially during high-pressure winter seasons. I help customers choose the right equipment, ensure everything is safe and well-prepared, and keep the team working efficiently.

I also built strong technical knowledge about ski setups and technologies, especially Atomic skis, including equipment matching and practical maintenance that improves safety and performance.

  • Customer experience: guide clients to the best choice.
  • Equipment quality: tuning, adjustments, safety checks.
  • Leadership: coordinate staff and maintain teamwork.
